THE JOB

Monday is looking for an Account Manager to join our Vancouver-based team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building our base of clients with a focus on the outdoor, active and wellness industries at every stage of the sales funnel. You’ll fill, manage and nurture our pipeline with both inbound and outbound leads. Being around people—at large scale events or 1-1 over coffee—fills your cup. You’re incredible at building and maintaining relationships but you also love process and working through all the steps from first outreach to SOW sign off. You’re not necessarily a marketer, but you think like one. You’ll support our brand and marketing efforts with ideation and amplification, and help dream up new initiatives to put Monday in the global spotlight.

Coming to work each day and making things happen with a small, collaborative, highly motivated team sounds like a dream to you.

To apply: Submit your resume and cover letter via Bamboo HR. We want to know who you are and what you sound like, so we’ll only consider applications that include a cover letter.

  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitors
  • Attend industry functions/conferences/trade shows as needed
  • Occasionally seek out and respond to RFPs
  • Maintain a list of partner agencies and contractors who can support Monday in executing projects outside of our in-house capabilities
  • Track everything in our CRM and keep our finance team in the loop
